Dopo started on a family vacation. Wine had stopped feeling like a useful way for our mom to wind down, and she wanted something naturally sourced that felt right. So we made her a nightly mix. The next evening, her glass was already lined up waiting for us. That repeated ritual became the beginning of Dopo.
